My Photo Albums

Scandinavia

Spent 10 days hopping around Stockholm, Malmo, Gothenburg and Copenhagen after accompanying my wife for her conference in Stockholm. My favourite place was the small city of Malmo - full of history, color and culture!

Seoul

After staying for a total of 10 weeks in Seoul recently, I have learnt to appreciate the food and culture in Korea. Koreans have a very unique asian culture which is some what similar to Chinese.  While the people are in general conservative, they are extremely polite.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a complete city (as compared to Singapore). Apart from great food and a shopping paradise, it has much more to offer. There’s a variety of sights and sounds packed in places like Mong Kok, Tsim Tsa Tsui, Lan Kwai Fong. There’s also the greenery and tranquility of Lantau Island.

Singapore-Aviva Badmintion Open 2007

My first time attending this annual event. This tournament, being one of the super series, has attracted many top players from China, Malaysia, Denmark and Indonesia. Finally, I got my chance to meet some of my badminton idols like Chandra Wijaya, Tony Gunawan, Choong Tan Fook, Lee Wan Wah and Peter-Gade Christensen.

Thailand

Photos from my six day trip to Thailand featuring Bangkok, Ayuthaya and Damnoen Saduak. From glittering temples, colorful markets, hospitable people to great shopping, Thailand offers a blend of historical beauty and buzzing urban life.

Tokyo

Tokyo is huge - a combination of cities within a city with no real center – but it’s navigatable. It is a place where the urgent rhythms of consumer culture collide with the quieter moments that linger from older traditions. Regrettably, my hectic 3 day business trip only allows me a few hours of sightseeing.
