Death for Sirul and Azilah… how about their boss?

The Shah Alam High Court today has sentenced the two police special action force personnel to the gallows for the murder of “She-Who-Must-Not-Be Named”, the Mongolian beauty.

According to the highly propagandistic newspaper, The Star, the prosecution noted at the end of the case that “both accused had the motive to kill and it was a preplanned crime”, and that the prosecution “has proven beyond reasonable doubt on the actions of the duo calls for their conviction on the murder carried out with the common intention”!

Beyond reasonable doubt??? I bet that 90% of Malaysians (and probably Mongolians) would not believe that.

During the course of the trial, Azilah has mentioned he was ordered by a superior, DSP Musa Safri to help Abdul Razak while Sirul claims that he has been made the ’sacrificial lamb’ in the murder. How about Bala’s statutory declaration? How about the NAJIS and Rosemary’s involvement? Many facts has been deliberately overlooked or ignored to the extent that the whole case looks like a complete farce.

And they still say it is beyond reasonable doubt?!?!?

To the Shah Alam High Court (and also to most of the courts in Malaysia) here is a picture for you.

Najib, Osman, Jamaluddin, Hee and Azlan, we will remember your treachery

What happenned in Perak over the last few days reminds me of Star War III: Revenge of the Sith. Najib stars as Emperor Palpatine with Jamaluddin, Osman and Hee as Anakin Skywalker who defected to join the dark side. Meanwhile, Azlan represents the Republic Senate which rubber stamped the every decision of the Emperor (Najib).

The rakyat will remember your treachery and when the new dawn comes, justice will be served!

Infuriating yet funny!

I really wonder how on earth this Tajuddin Abdul Rahman asshole got voted in to the Parliament! This guy is totally disrespectful, thuggish, rude and unintelligent. He is not only kurang ajar, but langsung tidak pernah diajar! Watching his antics in parliament really really infuriates me…

However, it’s really funny the way YB Lim KS outwitted him in the end. Totally hilarious… muahahahaha!

RPK to be released!

In a stunning turn of events, the Shah Alam High Court has ruled that RPK’s 2-year detention under the ISA signed by Syed BOTAK is indeed illegal!

While this is bad news for MONGOLIA and ROSIE, it is great news of all Malaysians who despise such abuse of the repressive ISA law.

Quote from MalaysiaKini.com:
Syed Ahmad Helmy said there was no relevance for the minister to issue the order on Raja Petra on the basis of mala fide.Following this, the court finds there is a procedural non-compliance as stated under Section 8(1) of the ISA based on the minister’s affidavit.

“Hence the court finds the minister had acted ultra vires (beyond the powers) in issuing the detention order under the ISA section. For example, the minister cannot issue an order if a person had in bad faith decided to colour his hair red.”

Raja Petra’s lawyer Malik had during submissions before today’s decision said the court had the jurisdiction to scrutinise the detention order if it was made in bad faith.

“This is not a situation like Jemaah Islamiyah or communists. This is just a man whom the government thinks can bring it down to its knees,” the counsel had said during submission.

This implied that Syed BOTAK has abused his power - illegal detention! The big question now is whether any action can be taken against Syed BOTAK? Well, he is an UMNO goon after all, and we know that UMON goons are “above” the law!

Welcome back RPK! Boy, I really look forward to read about your experience in Kamunting and what your next course of action would be.

ISA my ass…

Up till now 3 people has been arrested and possibly locked up for 2 years without given chance to be trial in court, simply because they are conveniently deemed “a threat to national security”. One is a blogger, another is a reporter while the other is a Member of Parliment representing the people (and she happened to be the MP who won with the biggest majority during GE2008).

Is this the final chapter of the Abdullah regime? This is really sickening beyond words…

To the current regime, I have 2 word for you - “FUCK OFF!”

The sodomizer, the murderer or the sleeper?

Which of the above do you prefer as the leader of your country? Unfortunately, this is the sad and ludicrous state in Malaysian politics.

After the exciting news that the “alleged sodomizer” has won the Permatang Pauh by-elections with a bigger majority, I certainly hope that he is able to fulfil his promise to take over the government by 16th Sept, which is 3 weeks away!

Well, we’ll see…

Legal thugs!

What the hell is the PDRM thinking? Watching this video really boils my blood…

Incompetence

Can you believe this guy is the Prime Minister for 26 million people in Malaysia? He can’t even answer simple questions asked by the CNN interviewer. What irritates me the most is that this guy has absolutely no class! Well… that reminds me of the Al Jazeera interviews with Zam (the Minister of Mis-Information) and that MIC guy months ago. The same old story…
